Debates help children enhance academic research, creativity, expression and communication skills as well as learn the nuances of debating, putting forth viewpoints confidently and gaining unparalleled knowledge. Keeping this in mind, an Inter-House debate Competition was conducted for the students of grade 6 to 8 on 7th Feb’19 with the topic – ‘Nation states should open their borders for refugees and migrants’. The event was graced by the Principal, Ms.Vandana Midha, who conveyed her best wishes to all the participants.The participants, armed with statistics and data made their arguments emphatic discussing the complex yet significant social issue. They exhibited great oratory skill. The event was an erudite experience for both the participants as well as the other students. The following students were adjudged the winners- DEBATE in favour of the motion –

3rd position– Aditya Saxena from class
